- Ready Stock Items: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Custom / Handmade Items: Since we manufacture our own products, it may take up to 5 working days for crafting and final finishing before shipment.
*Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

Once dispatched, your package will be delivered via our trusted third-party courier partners within the following estimated timelines:

💰 3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on your delivery address and total package weight. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the Checkout Screen before you complete your payment.

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier partner, we will send a Tracking Link / ID via Email or SMS. You can use this link to check the live movement and delivery updates of your package in real-time.
⚠️ 5. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we partner with top-tier courier services, rare delays may happen due to extreme weather conditions, festivals, or logistics issues. If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeline, please contact us immediately. We will personally coordinate with the courier company to expedite your delivery.
📦 6. Important: Delivery Verification
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% correct while placing the order. To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening the package for the first time. This serves as critical proof in the rare case of transit damage or missing items.
