Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
You must provide a valid reason for the return.
3. Damaged Items & Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged product, we will replace it or provide a refund.
Requirement: You must record a clear video while unboxing the package for the first time.
This video is mandatory to prove that the item was damaged during transit or before it reached you.
If the item is found broken or damaged inside the box in the video, we will process your return immediately.
Note: Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept claims for damaged or missing items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the 7-day window:

Please share your Order ID, the reason for return, and the Unboxing Video (in case of damage).
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within a certain amount of days.
6. Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged (proven by video), the customer may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
