📅 1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

✅ 2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the return.

⚠️ 3. Damaged Items & Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

We take great care in packaging under strict personal supervision. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will replace it or provide a full refund.

📌 Requirement: You must record a clear, continuous video while unboxing the package for the first time.

This video is mandatory to prove that the item was damaged during transit. Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept claims for damaged or missing items.

📩 4. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the 7-day window with your Order ID, the reason for return, and the Unboxing Video (in case of damage):

💰 5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via digital wallet/bank transfer for COD orders) within 3-5 working days.

🚚 6. Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged (proven by a valid unboxing video), the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
