​1. Return Window
​You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
​2. Conditions for Return
​To be eligible for a return:
​The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
​It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
​You must provide a valid reason for the return.
​3. Damaged Items & Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
​We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged product, we will replace it or provide a refund.
​Requirement: You must record a clear video while unboxing the package for the first time.
​This video is mandatory to prove that the item was damaged during transit or before it reached you.
​If the item is found broken or damaged inside the box in the video, we will process your return immediately.
​Note: Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept claims for damaged or missing items.
​4. How to Initiate a Return

​Please share your Order ID, the reason for return, and the Unboxing Video (in case of damage).
​5. Refunds
​Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within a certain amount of days.
​6. Shipping Costs
​Unless the item is damaged (proven by video), the customer may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
